Why settle for basic healthcare attire when it can have a glamorous flair? This seems to have been the thought at Aurelius Healthcare. The hospital in Malaysia collaborated with the designer duo Rizman Ruzaini to create a completely new line of uniforms. And the result is stunning.
Malaysian hospital launches uniform collection with glamorous designer duo
At the presentation, it was immediately clear that they had deviated from the traditional path. In fact, if you didn’t know it was hospital clothing, you might think it was meant for a different kind of organization. Except for the light pastel tones, there are few typical features that would make you recognize it as healthcare attire. But anyone familiar with Rizman Ruzaini would not be surprised. These designers are known for their collections with a chic, glamorous look. And that is indeed refreshing, especially in a hospital setting.
In photos, the clothing looks beautiful, but it’s in videos that you can truly see how remarkable the designs are. The following video was made during the presentation of the clothing.
One of my personal favorite outfits from this collection is the one worn by the hostesses. The turquoise skirt combined with the white, richly decorated jacket is a feast for the eyes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find footage of the presentation featuring this outfit. But fortunately, the hospital recently posted a video where the hostesses give a tour, showcasing how stunning they look.

It’s not the first time Aurelius Healthcare has introduced special uniforms. Five years ago, the nursing staff also received new attire. In a typical pink, with a rounded collar and contrasting buttons, this set also looks fresh and vibrant.
The hospital demonstrates that clothing in healthcare doesn’t have to be dull or standard. And that’s quite refreshing in a world dominated by white uniforms.
