Aviation company Vivajets presented its new uniforms during Lagos Fashion Week. For this project, the company collaborated with Loza Maléombho, who has previously designed clothing for Beyoncé and various Vogue covers. The result is truly impressive.
According to Chukwuerika Achum, CEO of Nigeria-based Vivajets, African culture was central to the development of the new uniforms.

Characteristics of high-class fashion—such as luxury, exclusivity, elegance, and creativity—were also incorporated into the design.
“With a growing fleet, global routes, and an expanding customer base, we’ve made a bold statement by targeting young, urban, and stylish individuals. Our Loza X Vivajets collection reflects our connection to Africa, and we are proud of this heritage,” said Achum.
Designer Loza Maléombho drew inspiration not only from African culture but also specifically from the Kinkeliba tree (Combretum micranthum). This is reflected in the orange print combined with purple accents on a white background. A distinctive feature of this tree is its mix of green leaves interspersed with small, colorful ones.
Vivajets uniforms
I think the uniforms look fantastic: stylish and unique—a golden combination in the world of aviation uniforms. It ensures that the cabin crew stands out and is recognizable, although visibility is slightly less essential for Vivajets than for regular airlines. The company primarily focuses on services like the leasing, purchasing, and selling of private jets. But those who rent a jet will certainly have the chance to admire these beautiful uniforms.
