The Croatia Airlines new uniform 2026 has officially been introduced. Moving away from grey suits, the airline opted for a completely new colour palette and look. The Croatia Airlines new uniform 2026 is also part of the airline’s wider rebranding campaign, “In Your Direction”. Croatia Airlines old uniform

The old uniforms of Croatia Airlines were fairly simple in appearance. Both female and male staff wore an anthracite suit combined with a white blouse or shirt. In addition, the women could choose between trousers or a skirt and wore a scarf as part of the standard look. The airline’s checked logo was visible on the scarf.

For the new uniform, Croatia Airlines collaborated with fashion designer Martina Vrdoljak Ranilović. She is no stranger to corporate clothing. She has already designed new clothing packages for eleven hotels. She also served as creative director at Varteks, the largest fashion house in Croatia.

For Croatia Airlines, the designer developed a capsule wardrobe. This means that staff can dress for every situation using a limited number of garments. Sustainability, functionality and visual consistency formed the starting point of the design.

Pilot suit – Croatia Airlines new uniform 2026

Although pilots often look somewhat similar across airlines, the Croatian airline still made an effort to create something distinctive. Both female and male pilots wear a jacket with a double row of buttons, but the women have been given an extra pair of pockets on the chest. I am not sure whether these are purely decorative. It would be practical if they could actually store something small in them. Women generally have so few pockets in their clothing.

Innovative, but also modern?

I find the cabin crew uniforms very unique and distinctive. However, in terms of style, I am not entirely convinced they suit an airline. The combination of thin, checked V-neck sweaters with a cap reminds me more of a chic tennis outfit or something you would wear for an afternoon on the golf course. Therefore, the overall look feels slightly too sporty for the role, in my opinion.
