Last weekend, the spin-off of the hit series Suits was launched. To celebrate the new series, called Suits LA, Boss has released a special collection. The clothing is inspired by the renowned law firm and therefore includes plenty of suits. But luckily, they have looked beyond that, and there are some unique gems in the mix. In this article, I’ll tell you all about it.
Boss X Suits LA launch a workwear collection inspired by the series
On Boss’s website, the look and feel of the new collection is described as powerful and luxurious. I couldn’t agree more. The items have a chic appearance and fit seamlessly into a professional office setting. However, you can also easily mix and match them with casual jeans or sporty sneakers. Because while the clothing is classic in style, it is also modern. And it is precisely this combination that makes the collection unique.
The design team certainly didn’t hold back when creating this collection. Women can choose from 67 different items, ranging from classic blazers and trousers to knitted dresses and tweed jackets. As you might have expected, you’ll have to dig deep into your pockets for these pieces. Prices start at $119 for a basic white T-shirt and go up to $599 for a light blue blazer.
For men, the selection is slightly larger, with 83 different items available. A simple T-shirt costs $89, while a full suit can cost up to $1,199. What stands out in the men’s collection is the variety of styles combined into a single line. They offer slim-fit trousers in a bold raspberry color, but also a classic checkered design. It seems they are catering to both the young, sporty lawyer and the older, more conservative colleague.
Supporting a good cause
Purchasing an item from the Boss X Suits LA collection also directly supports people affected by the wildfires in California. Ten percent of the proceeds (up to $25,000) will be donated to the ReBUILD LA™ campaign by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles. This organization helps people in affected areas rebuild their homes, find new housing, and rebuild their lives. A great cause for an equally great collection.
